These individuals will likely be between the ages of 35 and 50, but do not need to be geographically segmented due to the sheer size of the organizations in question. These executives are likely to be forward thinkers who are actively looking for innovative ideas to increase the reach of the brand.

Plan: As part of a larger social media effort, service-focused blog posts give more information to potential customers and leverage technical knowledge to build trust between the brand and audience members. These posts also establish Lionbridge as a thought leader in the industry, and increase SERP results by adding fresh content regularly.
