Problem: Camille Albane is a French salon brand with global relevance, but is not well known in the US. To combat this problem, Camille Albane turned to social media to increase brand awareness and engage with current and potential guests.
Person: The Camille Albane guest is urban and trendy. Between the ages of 20 and 35, these professional women expect the same quality at the salon as they produce at their 9-5 so they can be equally as prepared for their evening endeavors.
Plan: With four types of posts, this targeted strategy aimed to provide value to audience members. (1) New Collection posts introduced the looks of the season, (2) Salon Tip posts offered advice and tricks about salon etiquette and at home hair care, (3) Product posts aimed to introduce audience members to Camille Albane products and their uses, and (4) Weekly Quotes provided shareable content highlighting the fun side of the brand.
