fantastic sams - holiday 2019

Problem: As value consumers, Fantastic Sams guests expect reliable promotions that enhance their relationship with the brand. To provide guests with a solution for the season of gifting, FS wanted to show how fantastic their wash & care duos would look under the tree.

People: Typically between the ages of 25 and 40, the Fantastic Sams client wants quality service and products that won’t break the bank. This promotion leverages the perceived value in bundle deals to encourage guests to remember FS products on their holiday gift list.

Plan: In an effort to make Fantastic Sams wash & care duos more “gift-able” for the holiday season, salons were provided with (25) caddies that could be filled with the products of their choice. The FS Field Team promoted awareness of this promotion with a flyer that included both instructions for caddy assembly and the barcodes of each product, to simplify the check-out process of the boxed items. Franchisees were encouraged to incorporate a gift card/bounceback promotion with the boxes, and the FS Holiday Display Contest ran concurrently with this promotion to build excitement at the local level.
