fantastic sams - liter sale 2019

Problem: As value consumers, Fantastic Sams guests expect reliable promotions that enhance their relationship with the brand. Offering a yearly liter sale is one way FS addresses that need.

People: Typically between the ages of 25 and 40, the Fantastic Sams client wants quality service and products that won’t break the bank. This promotion leverages the perceived value in bundle deals to encourage guests to upgrade to liter sizes of their wash & care purchase, extending the brand impressions a single bottle can make over its lifetime.

Plan: To prepare for the promotion, each salon received a kit with (25) Liter Belly Bands, (5) “Follow the Liter” Floor Decals, (5) mirror clings, (2) Shelf Talkers, and (1) T Stand Poster. During the promotional period, the FS Field Team encouraged participation in the FS Liter Display Contest and use of digital promotion tools, building further excitement and engaging with guests at the local level.
