Fantastic sams product knowledge manual

Problem: As part of their standard operations, Fantastic Sams offers an updated Product Knowledge Guide each year. Noting that recent editions lacked foundational knowledge about hair science, operations, and the FS private label line, there was a need to incorporate additional elements that would refresh new stylists on the best practices of FS retail.

People: Designed for stylists employed in the Fantastic Sams network, this population ranges in age from 18-55 including stylists with 15+ years of experience and those who are fresh out of cosmetology school.

Plan: Re-design the existing Product Knowledge Manual with clean lines and a nod toward minimalism to align with the modern direction the brand is heading in. Collaborate with FS Education Team to incorporate foundational education write-ups (Hair Science, Fragrance Primer, Needs Assessment, Consultation Examples, etc.) in addition to updates to the product portfolio.
