Problem: While rated among the biggest and most trusted language service providers (Rated #1 by the Common Sense Advisory Board), Lionbridge onDemand is a smaller SaaS branch of the larger unit, and thus falls short in terms of brand recall. To combat this problem, this campaign aims to raise brand awareness in anticipation of increased demand for translation as the number of multilingual speakers in the US grows.
People: This campaign targets marketing executives who are decision makers in their companies. These individuals will likely be between the ages of 35 and 55, but do not need to be geographically segmented due to the sheer size of the organizations in question. These executives are likely to be forward thinkers who are actively looking for innovative ideas to increase the reach of the brand.
Plan: Launch a long-form print campaign in industry publications detailing the benefits of the service. Not only does this ensure that the right people will be reached, but that they'll be reached at a time when they are open and looking for new ideas to elevate the caliber of their work.
